Directions
  1. Combine the carrots, orange juice concentrate, ginger*, honey, and coconut water in a blender and pulse until smooth. Taste and add more honey if desired. Add ice cubes and pulse until smooth. *Pop the ginger in the freezer the night before and it will be much easier to grate.
