- Add the pumpkin, yogurt, banana, milk, pecans, honey, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and ice to a blender. Puree until smooth, about 1 minute. Divide between two glasses, and sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired, before enjoying.
Tip: Freeze the banana for a frothier smoothie. To lower the fat content, skip the nuts.
