Try this light and tasty salmon that goes well with grilled veggies

- Combine everything except the salmon in a large bowl to make a marinade. Mix well. Pour into a large, sealable plastic bag.
- Add salmon to marinade bag. Seal tightly, and turn to coat fish. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil grill grate.
- Place salmon on grill. Cook salmon for 6 minutes, flip with a spatula, and cook about 6 minutes more or until fish flakes easily. Serve with grilled vegetables and a simple salad.
